Who is Anthony Peltier?

Anthony Peltier is a visionary Sociapreneur and innovator who has dedicated his life to creating positive social change. He currently serves as the CEO of the Passion Project Foundation, leading a team of individuals and organisations committed to the most significant social transformation seen since World War II.

As the Founder of Innovate For Growth Cic, Digital Media Site Transformations (DMST Limited), Black into Apprenticeship, and IFG recruitment, Anthony is disrupting the status quo to promote Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion, ensuring that everyone can benefit from these ideals.

In 2013, together with a colleague while working as a Headteacher, Anthony created a program to support schools in understanding the importance of Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion as the foundation of their work. This initiative led to the birth of the Diversity Mark in January 2014, which now has over 70 member schools across the country, with membership growing monthly. Anthony and Samson are working tirelessly to double the membership to 140 by July 2024.

Recently appointed as the Director of Education for the Shaquan Sammy-Plummer Foundation (another voluntary role), Anthony brings his four decades of experience as a teacher and Headteacher to create teaching and learning programs that can change young people’s mindsets to avoid choosing a knife as a solution to conflict. The Foundation is launching their Bleed Education Program, a new initiative aimed at young people aged between 14-18 years old, designed to safeguard society’s youth on their journey while transforming society.
